IFAS/CALS TailGATOR 2016 Department/Club Booth Registration

IFAS/CALS TailGATOR provides an opportunity to showcase your department or organization to CALS students, alumni and friends.

We're working with a 90s theme this year as we're celebrating the 20th annual TailGATOR! Please consider how you might work this theme into your table.

Becuase of the change in venue, we will be serving tailgate snacks this year rather than BBQ. Admission is free. There is no meal ticket to purchase.

TailGATOR Display Instructions

• Displays may be delivered to a storage closet outside the Grand Ballroom on Friday, Oct. 7 between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. We encourage you to drop off your materials on Friday as navigating campus on Saturday may be difficult. Please note that CALS is not responsible for valuables left in the storage area.
• TailGATOR will begin three hours prior to kickoff of the UF vs. LSU football game. Displays must be setup between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. and taken down immediately following the event (before the game).
• Following TailGATOR, displays/materials may be left in a storage closet. Display materials must be picked up by noon on Monday, Oct. 10.
• Tables will be 6' long.
• Be sure to review and abide by the General Terms and Conditions for Use for the J. Wayne Reitz Union.
• No reserved parking is available.
